Scope of Work: Renovation of Course #1 Original Palmer Design golf Course. The work included coring out of greens mix to a depth of 6", replacing with new mix and grassing with Tifeagle Bermuda. Stripping and fumigation of all fairway grass and re-planting with SeaIsles 1 paspalum. Re locate and renovate tees and grass with Paspalum. Also rerouting of Hole #16 and #17 Tee complex.
