Scope of Work: Reconstruction of an 18-hole golf course and driving range. Work included excavation of 400,000 cy of sand, strip and burial of existing turf, rough shaping, extensive drainage, installation of a 1,200 head irrigation system, grassing, sprigging, hand planting and sodding. Work was complete in 119 calendar days.
